Toto & Khtek awarded at the Billboard Arabia

Moroccan rappers ElGrande Toto and Khtek made history at the first-ever Billboard Arabia Music Awards, held in Riyadh. This groundbreaking event celebrated the best of Arab music, with winners chosen based on streaming data and listener feedback from platforms like Spotify, Anghami, and YouTube.
ElGrande Toto emerged as the night’s star, winning three major awards:

• Best Hip-Hop Artist
• Best Male Hip-Hop Artist
• Best Hip-Hop Song, for his hits Blue Love and Dalali.

Khtek, another standout Moroccan talent, earned the title of Top Female Hip-Hop Artist, solidifying her status as a trailblazer in the genre.
These achievements mark a significant milestone for Moroccan rap, cementing its dominance in the Arab music scene and showcasing its growing influence. For the first time, the Billboard Arabia Music Awards recognized the cultural and musical power of Moroccan hip-hop on a regional scale.
