January 01

Casablanca

3awd Lil is an anonymous rapper who values creative freedom, avoiding fame and the pressures of the music industry. His journey began as a fun experiment with Arabic rap, leading him to create songs in Darija that address Moroccan societal issues, such as his debut track “Raw daw.”
He gained popularity through online sharing among Moroccan students and the diaspora. While studying in France, Awdellil balances music with his studies but considers himself an amateur. His lyrics often touch on taboo topics like societal pressures on women, resonating with Moroccans who feel disconnected from mainstream culture.
